SafePrompt is an AI Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform that helps enterprises prevent sensitive data leaks to large language models (LLMs) and AI platforms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SafePrompt for:

• Illegal activities or violating any laws
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Accessing systems without authorization
• Monitoring employees in violation of labor laws
• Circumventing security measures

3. Subscription Terms

For paid plans:

• The free trial is 14 days, up to 5 devices, no payment required
• Professional plan bills monthly, cancel anytime
• Enterprise plans are priced and billed per contract
• License is per organisation, not transferable
• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment

4. Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEPROMPT'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

5. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you lose access to the service.
